Eugène NVCuvee Eugene is composed of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% from green clay over limestone. Made of a perpetual reserve dating from 2003 to 2020, with 50% of the new harvest added every year, this wine spends an average of 18 months in bottle before disgorgment. The wine is bright and fresh with a fluffy mousse and a rich and tangy core. It's a wine truly built for pleasure with complex layers that reveal themselves with every sip.
