All my spearguns are designed from glued laminated of iroko and mahogany. I choose the best wood and start with gluing 6 to 13 laminates, which depends on the gun’s length. Using the right proportion of iroko and Mahogany guarantees buoyancy of all my spearguns. Between each laminate a carbon sheet is added, in order to guarantee rigidity and avoid bending over time, regardless of the length of your spearguns.
EPOXY RESIN AND CARBON POWDER
Each hole made in the wood for the pulley, shaft guide or the mechanism are protected by a mixture of epoxy resin, graphite and carbon powder to avoid friction and abrasion of the wood.
