Turtle Doves Blue dressOur Turtle Doves dress is a black and light blue skirt dress. The skirt has an elastic waistband for maximal comfort when wearing it and it is covered in sequins. The straps are made in a soft light blue fabric with pink crinkled fabric ruffles. We have added pink birds to the straps two turtle doves.
